"Oxiom FinBot" is the first artificial intelligence that serves as both an assistant and an accountant, and will help companies book documentation, share information, produce financial statements, and pay bills.
This was announced during the pilot project presentation of the software robot for finance and accounting held in Podgorica.
Dražen Raičković — Deputy Chair of the Managers Association Committee for AI and Advanced Technologies, and CEO of Oxiom DOO — said more than €100,000 has already been invested in the project. The product is ready for the market, but additional time is needed for security procedures and further testing, because the AI handles financial operations.
"It books documents, recognises them, sends information, produces balances, and can pay pre-approved bills… What we need is institutional support, and for the state to use it."

He emphasised that they have interested companies, investors and a budget to continue, but that support is needed to handle large volumes of data and databases so the AI can perform bookkeeping correctly.
"The app is designed for mobile but can also be accessed from a computer," he said, adding that manual accounting operations consume a significant amount of time in day-to-day business.
In the media demonstration, "Oxiom" answered voice commands about the company's account balance, debts to specific suppliers, money owed for taxes, and more.
Partnership with the Managers Association
The Managers Association is a project partner. Ana Martinović, Chair of its PR and Marketing Committee, said the project serves as a bridge between academia and industry.
Katarina Savković, Secretary of the Managers Association Committee for AI and Advanced Technologies, emphasised that the project can improve company operations, that it is versatile, and that it deserves support.
